Founded in 1984 and incorporated in 2003, we’ve proudly served Southwest Florida for over 40 years.
Do you offer emergency plumbing services?
We care deeply about our team’s well-being and believe in giving them time to rest, recharge, and be with their families. Late-night, weekend, and holiday emergency calls can lead to burnout, stress, and high turnover — none of which support a healthy, long-term relationship between our team and our customers. We’ve made a conscious choice not to offer 24/7 emergency plumbing services.
While we don’t handle middle-of-the-night emergencies, we do offer ASAP scheduling during our normal business hours and always strive to respond as quickly as possible. By prioritizing our team’s health and happiness, we’re able to maintain a positive work environment, retain great talent, and ultimately provide better service during our regular hours.

Our standard repiping includes replacing old pipes with new supply lines; water main shutoff valve replacement; updated shower/tub, wash machine, and ice maker valves; exterior hose bibbs; and full permitting and inspection coordination. Drywall repair is not included.

What are common signs that I need plumbing repairs?
Common signs that you need plumbing repairs include persistent leaks, visual rust or corrosion, sticky faucet handles or shutoff valves, whistling toilets, and toilets or fixtures that intermittently run or drip, even when not in use.
Do you offer drain cleaning services?
Yes, we offer mechanical drain cleaning for clogs, backups, and sewer line blockages. We are equipped to handle small and large clogs, from slow-draining tubs to whole-home sewer clean outs.
Can you repair or replace toilets?
Yes, we repair and replace toilets, valves, and supply lines—common issues found in real estate home inspections and home insurance inspections.
What should I do in case of a plumbing emergency?
If you have an active leak, locate your water main shutoff next to your home – usually near your a/c unit or well equipment – and gently turn the valve off. If the water main shut off does not work, you can call the utilities department who may be able to shut off your water from the meter.
If your home is backing up with sewage, immediately cease all water usage – don’t forget to pause your dishwasher or washing machine too – and call for drain cleaning services.

Are there any service call fees?
We do have a service call fee which covers the plumber’s time and expertise to come out, conduct a thorough assessment, and give you clear options with no surprises. Our plumbers are background checked, drug tested and fully equipped to take care of you right away if you choose to move forward.

We accept cash, check, credit card, ACH, and third-party financing.

Do you offer Financing?
Yes – at North Fort Myers Plumbing, Inc, residential projects with one phase and a sub-total of $500 to $25,000 may be eligible for financing options through a third-party provider to help you with your purchase. Please note the following:
- Deposits and Additions: If a deposit is required, or if additional work is requested after financing is already obtained, such costs must be paid out-of-pocket. Financing is not offered on deposits or additional work outside of the original financed total.

Do you offer free estimates?
We offer free estimates for larger plumbing projects (i.e., remodels, repipes, or new construction) because these types of jobs typically involve more extensive planning, coordination, and budgeting. Providing a free estimate in these cases is a valuable way for both parties to align on the scope and ensure a successful outcome.
For smaller jobs such as water heater replacements, we charge a nominal Service Call Fee for these estimates. Our affordable Service Call Fee helps us continue to offer high-quality service while respecting the time and resources of our expert plumbers. Should you choose to move forward, we can typically proceed and complete smaller jobs right away – preventing you from having to schedule an additional appointment or waste the service call fee.

What is your cancellation policy for scheduled services?
