John did an excellent job installing a replacement water in our condo. The old tank had silted up and wouldnˋt drain, but John persevered and after applying several techniques was able to get it to empty. He removed the old tank across our carpeted floors and steps without any mess. He installed the new tank quickly and took care to orient the tank and piping so that access for maintenance of the anodes would be straightforward. He was pleasant and receptive to questions throughout the process. Highly recommend!
